A Succinct Overview Of Famous Dog Paintings

German Shepherds are originally from Germany. It became initially favoured due to its beauty and not to mention its intelligence and good disposition. Without doubt they have been subject of artworks by numerous talented artists of different mediums including paintings, posters, t-shirts and others.

An art piece entitled "Obey the German Shepherds" shows the said breed to be the master of a house. It is considered as a revolutionary work with background of red and yellow stripes making the picture a lot more enticing. This poster was designed in commemoration of the greatness of German Shepherds.

A beautiful German Shepherd painting illustrates the dog lounging in a landscape in the south west. Painted by artist Carol Lynn Nesbitt, the painting has the dog nestled in flowers and has a very soft expression on his face. Available without the frame this painting can be purchased online or in the stores. Another print by Michelle Noe displays the German Shepherd in a royal position with a red halo around his head. The acrylic painting is available in 14 x 14 canvases and can be framed upon request.

For fashionable people there is a painting that depicts the canine on the runway. The black-and-white painting comes unframed and has been created by photographer Miki Klocke. The attractive German Shepherd walks the ramp with the commanding look on his face.

Another canvas piece was done by Tracy Allyn Greene. She calls it "Faithful Dreams" depicting sleeping canines on a comfy cushion. It is believed to commemorate the defending nature and reliability of these dogs.

This indicates that in spite of having German origins, the German Shepherds has been favoured by Americans. Really, they are sometimes called American Shepherds. Another is by Alison Leete showing a dog of this breed suddenly stopping upon hearing a sound as he was taking a walk amid tall grasses.
