The kettlebell challenges the exerciser to maintain balance and coordination while improving their dexterity and speed at which they burn calories. Everyone would be healthier if they owned and exercised with these weights.

When performed correctly, they improve balance, coordination, and dexterity while promoting muscle and cardio development.
