Very Short Hairstyles And Short Hair Wedding Styles

By Darren Hartley

There are two basic premises why women resort to very short hairstyles. One is to get out of the monotonous routine of seeing themselves in long hair. The other is to do away with the time-consuming maintenance that comes with having long hair.

The initial uniqueness of very short hairstyles wears off after a few weeks or months. At this moment in time, women find there's hardly anything new to do with their short crop and they start thinking if they made the wrong choice in having it cut short. This is actually not the case at all. There are a bunch of interesting and fun options that can be availed to make sure of looking different each day even with short haircuts.

There are two things to can be done with very short hairstyles. Wearing long bangs on the front and sides is one option, creating layers is the other. Long bangs make the face look leaner and the jaw line more distinctive. Layering involves having the back of the hair come down in a tight cut through the nape while cutting the upper portion in layers.

Keeping the overall length very short is one option for short hair wedding styles. In this cut, a few bangs may be kept falling lightly in the front, to bring out the edginess of its wearer. A second option is keeping the hair in mid-ear length. For this style, the hair is straightened with a styling iron and the front bangs that fall to the eyes, are kept heavy. An asymmetrical cut for the hair entirety completes the look.

A woman has many choices when it comes to short hair wedding styles. One cut will have her keeping the hair length very short at the nape with the side bangs filling till mid-ear length or even shorter and the front bangs longer, covering the cheekbones or even lower than that. Another style will have her keeping the hair length, still to the nape at the back, but this time, keeping the hair very short on the front and sides as well as going for short layers throughout the head.
