How Ferris Bueller Could Have Used Compression Socks

By Rob Sutter

Throughout "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," the title character has been living life pretty leisurely. He's been able to coast through school based on such things as his popularity and his amount of admirers seem to come second to none as well. As a result, being able to play hooky and stay away from school in favor of a trip to the city sounds like a good idea. In the last act, though, Bueller's athleticism is put to the test and compression socks are needed for this event.

Once his parents are making the trip back home, Bueller knows that he has a limited time to get from one point - the house of his girlfriend, Sloan Peterson - to another point, which stands as his home. There's no doubt that there are going to be obstacles in his way, including but not limited to open doors to run through. I think his jump over the fence thanks to a trampoline is the most memorable action of them all. It's clear that he's worked to make a big impression.

The athletic impression that I am talking about may be attributed to the pain his feet may feel after several bouts of activity. When it comes to walking about for long stretches of time, you can be certain that soreness is going to come. How many times have you settled down after a long strenuous exercise, only to feel the burn once you were settled in? Bueller is still young at that point and probably don't succumb to fatigue as quickly but isn't there an item to use in order to make this bout less of a hindrance?

Compression socks stand as good footwear and I think they'd help anyone, including Bueller, in the long run. It's clear that he's not shy about taking days off, which means that he's probably going to have to do more running in order to keep up appearances. In order for him to make the most of these "sick days," Bueller may find it beneficial to check out companies like PRO Compression. The products that this company offers are of the finest quality and they'll help him out in any case that involves running.

Bueller is probably one of the luckiest high school characters that I have seen in movies. In fact, I dare say that his attitude almost borders on invincible, as if there isn't a single entity in the world that is capable of laying a finger on him. Even so, he's not someone who is immune to pain or even fatigue, which means that he may need some help. In order to avoid potential trouble from his parents or Principal Ed Rooney, compression socks come recommended.
