The Power Of Inner Reflections IL Oregon For Emotional Healing

By Shirley Phillips

You are the center of your universe. Everything and everyone you encounter is a reflection of your unconscious mind. It has been said that the world is our mirror. The world as it presents itself to us, cannot be your mirror because you are kind and loving and a being of light. How does this work with the mirror? When you were born, you knew yourself to be divine, perfect and whole. For more on the magic healing power, visit the inner reflections IL Oregon.

Changing the mind-chatter happens by 'shifting a belief' that you hold that doesn't serve you any longer. A new idea, once magnified, can assist you to re-create the circumstances you find yourself in. Why? Because any thought of a higher energetic frequency, with repetition, will eventually transmute the lower octave of a habitual thought run by subconscious content.

The relationship of this time replaces co-dependence and inter-dependence with learning 'The Art of Co-Creation;' the ability to BE two independent people, who support each other to grow, based on 'a common vision' for why they are together. And in the beginning and the end, it all comes back to how intimate you are with your-Self.

You are left yearning to make a shift in your life and yet no matter how hard you try the shift is unattainable. It is like in the Coppertone commercial of the child on the beach with the little black dog hanging on to her bikini bottom, our inner innocence holds us in place until we fearlessly allow it to emerge.

Well, if there is denying or simply no interest, then there isn't much to talk about. And that is all right too, no judgment. But what if one is interested and curious to investigate? I am reminded of a story that has made a strong impression on me (one needs to read between its lines)

How to listen and BE with yourself. If you feel discomfort emotionally or physically upon awakening, identify the feeling, and the location. Give it a name. It is a part of you that wants to speak to you. Just BE with it.

You open a space for things to come to you that you might not know will happen. You can prepare the space by stating aloud, three things you are thankful for. Then take a deep breath and say to your Self, "Something wonderful is coming to me this day, and I am open to receive it." It could be anything... A smile... A phone call from someone you haven't heard from etc. You can also set the intention to complete something that needs to be done. The point: Begin your day expecting good things to occur!

Just doing this exercise alone, without manipulating anyone or anything, can create positive shifts in your life. And one last offering: When you think of the ego as someone in your life that you know, you can talk to it the way you would if someone came to you for advice. This is the beginning of "listening to yourself, " and giving to yourself, that which you desire from others.
